This policy applies to personal information collected through mangawhairealestate.nz and enquiries made through website forms in connection with Mangawhai Real Estate services.

• buyer requirements, preferred area, property type, approximate budget, buying timeframe and finance position where voluntarily supplied

Buyers do not have to provide optional budget or finance fields if they do not wish to. Simply leave those fields blank.

We collect information directly when someone submits an appraisal request, contact enquiry or buyer requirements form, or otherwise communicates with the agency through the website.

Hosting and platform providers may also automatically process standard technical data required to deliver and secure the site.

We use personal information to:

Information submitted through website forms is transmitted through our server-side website integration and delivered to the relevant Mangawhai Real Estate business email account or agent. Form submissions may therefore be retained in our business email systems as part of responding to your enquiry.
